Welcome to Meat & Chips (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), headquartered in Spain with an online presence in Spain and the United Kingdom, accessible at https://meatandchips.es/ and https://meatandchips.uk/. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our custom subdomain services and official distributor partner affiliation, offered to professionals (individuals and companies) who wish to market our easy-to-cook, ready-to-prepare premium meat kits while maintaining the same authentic flavours across all countries where we operate. By contracting our services or registering as a partner, you accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Description of the Services

Meat & Chips provides custom subdomains through the services of exclusivemarketingsolutions.es on the meatandchips.es and meatandchips.uk platforms, designed to boost your local visibility and professionalise your activity as an official distributor partner of our high-quality prepared meat kits. Upon contracting, you receive:

Exclusive partner affiliation: Access to our industry network, which improves your local SEO and positions you as an authorised reference in your geographic area for offering products with the same authentic flavours in every country.
URL personalisation: Direct setup of your subdomain to link to your WhatsApp, own website, or professional contact point (e.g., madrid.meatandchips.es or london.meatandchips.uk).
Exclusive benefits: Discounts on product kits, promotional materials (business cards, flyers, stickers), and support for printing to promote your activity as an official distributor.
Access to the ordering platform: Once you have registered and paid for your subdomain—which you will use to link to your pages or channels and receive orders from end customers—you can purchase products by accessing the ordering platform in the website menu, using the password provided when reserving the subdomain.

These services support the professionalisation of your sales activity, making your online presence more credible and effective, and enabling customers to easily access the best prepared meat with the same authentic flavours available in any other country. Your investment to become an official partner with a premium domain costs €66 per year excluding VAT (approximately €5.50 per month). Worth it, right?

2. Price and Payment

Annual price: 99£ (VAT included).
Payment method: Single annual payment via PayPal or credit/debit card. This payment covers the 12 months following the contract date.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued semi-annually (twice per year), not immediately after the initial payment. With this payment, you acquire the right to:
- Preparation of your profile and personalised campaign by our team.
- Exclusive representation of your geographic area on our platforms.
- Appearance on other websites, platforms, and media to improve link building and visibility.
- Full enjoyment of the service as an official distributor.

No refunds are provided for partial cancellations of the contracted period. The payment is non-refundable once processed.

3. User Responsibilities and Data Processing

You are solely responsible for all interactions with your customers, including proper use of the subdomains and the marketing/preparation of the products.
You must use the services ethically and legally, complying with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR for data protection, food safety and hygiene regulations).
Your company data will be shared with the following entities:
- Tapas X, for the purpose of storing our products manufactured in Spain and distributing them in the United Kingdom.
- Exclusive Marketing Solutions (Responsible: Edgar Márquez Salas, hereinafter EMS or Exclusive Marketing Solutions; Registered address: C/Santorcaz 7, Madrid, Spain; Email: info@exclusivemarketingsolutions.es; Telephone: +34 614 82 42 45), for the purpose of enabling marketing through the sale of subdomains and assignment of the trade name.
The joint purpose of this data sharing is to facilitate, in collaboration, the sale of the best easy-to-cook prepared meat kits with consistent flavours across multiple countries.
Disclaimer: We accept no liability for misuse of the subdomains or products, including any damage, loss, or claims arising from your commercial activity. Each partner is exclusively responsible to their customers for the content, preparation, services, or transactions carried out.

We act solely as the manufacturer of the prepared food. For storage, distribution, and marketing, we provide technical, branding, and logistical support to help you professionalise your distribution, without directly intervening in your day-to-day operations or final kit preparation.

4. Duration and Renewal

The service is contracted for an annual period of 12 months.
As the renewal date approaches, the marketing agency Exclusivemarketingsolutions.es will send you a payment link for the next annual period. If we do not receive payment or a response within 14 days after the renewal date, we will disable your subdomain, making it available to another interested party, with no obligation or penalty on your part.
You may cancel at any time by notifying us via email, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

5. Intellectual Property and Use

The subdomains, the Meat & Chips brand, and platform elements are the property of the Company. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them during the contracted period.
You may not transfer, sublicense, or modify the subdomains or use the brand without our prior written consent.
You must keep the information provided (e.g., contact details, geographic area, product availability) up to date.

6. Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided “as is,” without guarantees of specific results in sales, SEO, or web traffic. We do not guarantee search engine rankings or sales volumes. Results also depend on your active promotion of the URL on social media (including WhatsApp), online advertising, and physical media.
We are not liable for technical interruptions, third-party failures (e.g., PayPal, WhatsApp), or changes to search engine algorithms.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the annual service.

7. Termination

We may terminate the service immediately if you breach these Terms (e.g., misuse, non-payment, failure to maintain brand quality standards).
You may cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
Upon termination, the subdomains will be deactivated, and you must remove any references to them and to the Meat & Chips brand.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law for meatandchips.es and also by Spanish law for meatandchips.uk. Any dispute shall preferably be submitted to mediation and, failing that, to the competent courts of the manufacturer’s domicile, i.e., Madrid.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
