Welcome to Meat & Chips. These Terms of Service govern custom subdomain services and official partner distributor affiliation for professionals who commercialise our premium ready-to-cook meat kits with the same authentic flavours in every country where we operate.
By contracting our services or registering as a partner you agree to these Terms in full.
Annual fee: £/€80 including VAT (66 € + VAT). Payment is annual via PayPal or card and non-refundable once processed.
You are solely responsible for customer interactions and lawful use (data protection and food rules). Company data may be shared with logistics partners (e.g. Tapas X for UK distribution) and Exclusive Marketing Solutions for brand and subdomain services.
12-month term. Renewal link sent before expiry; if unpaid within 14 days the subdomain may be released. Cancellation is possible by email without refund for the remaining period.
Brand and platform elements remain our property. Licence is non-exclusive and revocable. Services are provided “as is”; maximum liability is limited to the annual fee paid.
